Gordon Tyler

The face of Sprint Car racing in the Mountain Region for the past 20+ years, Gordon has "been there, done it" in racing. He grew up in Indiana and California in a racing family and never left the sport. Through the years Gordon has owned Silver Crown Cars, Sprint Cars, Super Modifieds and Midgets. He's served as a car owner, announcer, Chief Steward, Track Worker, Announcer and even as the SLVRA President. As a car owner Gordon has had a 20+ year relationship with former Indy car driver Kenny Hamilton. Now retired, Gordon's professional career was in the electrical parts business. His company GT Sales, served as a Manufacturers Representative for many of the industry leaders.
